Tobin Bell’s character Jigsaw died at the conclusion of SAW 3. But this photo below from SAW 4 shows Jigsaw alive! What? Could this be a flashback or what. There’s gotta a good reason for this.

Saw 4 hits theaters on October 26th 2007.

I thought it was already final that Jessica Biel will play Wonder Woman in the Justice League of America Movie. Well, that is not the case after all. But now Entertainment Weekly reports that Biel has officially passed on the role.

Well, it seems that the news made many people happy. They think Biel is not up for the role. She is better off with She-Hulk than Wonder Woman. But I think Biel will make a good Wonder Woman. She has the face and the hard body to suit the role. I don’t know. I might be weird but I am just speaking my mind.

I heard that Rachel Weisz dropped out of the movie. Oh that’s kinda sad. And Jet Li is the new mummy. That’s weird. So the pharaoh must be chinese huh.
I hope this movie is going to be interesting because I don’t want to waste my money on it.

I have always dreamed of going to Europe. And I plan to see a musical there or a theater stage play or something to that effect. I also plan on going to movie studios there for a fill of UK’s filmmaking artistry. This is aside from the fact that there are a gazillion other reasons why I want to go there. The food, the sights, the sounds, the people. Wow! I can’t wait to set foot on London’s covered pathways.

Anyway, if I could only get the money I need to travel, I would be willing to spend a few bucks on my kind of leisure. And of course, I am going to stay at Britain’s cozy hotels during my travel. And this site offers great deals for those who are staying in London.
It would be great to witness the amazing nightlife in UK especially in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. I don’t think I would be able to sleep in there considering the number of great spots and cool shows showcased by the country’s unique and very interesting culture.
The London Hotels, the Edinburgh Hotels, and the Glasgow Hotels all offer great deals to their clients. The best deal here is there amazing promise to clients which are: lowest rates guaranteed, and pay on arrival. What more could a client ask for? This is the best deal ever for international customers!

I have been away for quite some time but I was able to watch a number of movies over a couple of weekends. Hmmm, I have seen Rush Hour 3 and I think it was pretty entertaining. Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker never fails to induce some good laughs in this latest installment of Rush Hour.
I have to say Chris Tucker has a pretty good taste in men’s clothing. I think I saw him sporting a Hugo Boss coat in one of the scenes in the movie. The outfit is so sleek.
Jackie, of course, doesn’t want to be left behind. I think he wore a Hugo Boss Rossellini movie suit as well. That just wants me to buy one for myself too. Good thing shopping.com offers some great deals on their website. Their site is also great considering that you can compare prices of different products such as Hugo Boss, to ensure that you get the best deal ever.
I think I am going to their site right now to have one of those sleek suits for myself. Ciao!

Starring: Kevin Costner, William Hurt, Demi Moore, Dane Cook, Matt Schulze
Directed by: Bruce Evans
From Seattle Pi:
“Mr. Brooks” is a delightfully twisted and intelligent movie, and writer/director Bruce Evans deserves lots of kudos for creating such an impressive, engrossing murder story. The casting choices were extremely odd, but somehow they worked very well together. Costner played the dual-life role with prowess and Moore was fearless and cunning as Detective Tracy Atwood.
Hurt was entertaining as Brooks’ alter ego, but the monotone delivery of all his lines did get annoying after a while. Mr. Brooks’ wife Emma (Marg Helgenberger of “CSI” fame) didn’t have much involvement in the movie, but to me it was a bit distracting to see her there because it’s hard not to think of “CSI” when she’s onscreen. The wonderfully intricate plot has many twists and turns, as well as a wham-bam ending that’ll get your adrenaline pumping.
What’s even better is all the excellent usage of misdirection… the director leads you to believe one thing and then blindsides you like a Mack truck with the truth. It kept me guessing the whole movie and most of the time I guessed wrong. My last critique is that “Mr. Brooks” was a little on the long side. It’s only two hours long, but there are some slow parts towards the middle of the movie that really dragged a bit. But overall, “Mr. Brooks” is an excellently crafted and wickedly engrossing movie. Well done!
Another smash hit from Kevin Costner. I am not really into movies like this because I hate being misled. You know, the feeling that you thought you are figuring something out when in fact the truth is just right behind you, waiting for the opportune time to hit you hard. Even so, I think I am going to see this film when I’m bored with life and have nothing else to do.

She knows who killed her? How could that be? As if kidnap and torture weren’t cruel enough, now a woman who escaped a serial killer has to endure the cruelty of a town who doesn’t believe her. She looks and acts just like Aubrey Fleming, the young lady who went missing. But she claims that’s not her. And she says the real Aubrey is still in danger! Of course, she may have been through such an ordeal that this IS the real Aubrey after all, and she’s suffered some sort of post-traumatic psychological break. Either way, this gal has problems, and time is running out to help her.
Hmmm, sounds like a good plot to start with. However, the inevitable Lindsay Lohan striptease is quite horrifying. Yeah, she is Maxim’s Hottest Woman but I am not buying. She is in rehab right now proving to the whole world that she is a coke addict and that the Maxim crew were stupid enough to choose her as the hottest gal in the world. Duh!
Still, I am watching the movie. Lindsay is gonne be tortured here so that’s worth watching.

“Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” led the North American box office for a second weekend, while the new pregnancy comedy “Knocked Up” delivered a surprisingly large bundle of joy.
According to studio estimates issued on Sunday, the third instalment in Walt Disney Co.’s buccaneering franchise sold $43.2 million worth of tickets in the three days beginning June 1. Its 10-day total stands at $216.5 million though small compared with “Dead Man’s Chest” which had earned $258 million after the same time last year.
“Knocked Up” squeezed out $29.3 million, equivalent to its production budget. The film’s distributor, Universal Pictures, had hoped the acclaimed comedy would open in the same $21 million range as director Judd Apatow’s previous film, 2005’s “The 40-Year-Old Virgin.”

Paano Kita Iibigin is the first team-up of Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez and Matinee Idol Piolo Pascual on the big screen. And probably the first movie of Star Cinema and Viva Films together? Not sure about that though. The movie is soon to hit theaters on May 30.

The third installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean, At World’s End, has already hit the theaters this week. I still haven’t seen the film but I already read several reviews. Here’s one from Peter Sciretta of Slashfilm.
I enjoyed the flick much more than Dead Man’s Chest. But I may be in the minority because of my viewing experience. The film is not without it’s problems: too many characters, trying to accomplish too much…etc. But I assure you this is not as thrown together as you might first believe.
All of the characters have motives, and sometimes even secret motives. Everyone is well rounded and three dimensional. But at the same time, it’s hard to keep track of it all. It’s hard to figure out who made what deal with who. It’s hard to figure out what motivates some of the characters, although I assure you, all the characters have an arc of their own.
Honestly, Dead Man’s Chest really bored me. I even dozed off at least 10 minutes of the movie because I was really bored and confused about the whole thing. It’s a relief to know that At World’s End is so much better, but I still have to find that out.

Sacha Baron Cohen has signed a book deal with Flying Dolphin Press to write a travel guide book. Well, Cohen will not be writing the book himself but Kazakh television reporter Borat Sagdiyev. The book is said to tackle both the US and Kazakhstan, staying true to what the movie hit has originally accomplished.
The book is said to have a dual title, Borat: Touristic Guidings To Minor Nation of U.S. and A. and Borat: Touristic Guidings To Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.
It still remains to be seen whether the book would have the same humor as the movie. But several peeps have already predicted that this book will also eventually become a success.

I have always loved Amy Smart. The first time I saw her in the Rat Race, I already fell in love with her. And this next project is sure going to bring out the best in her.
According to Variety, Amy Smart will topline indie swing dancing project “Love N’ Dancing” opposite Tom Malloy with Robert Iscove (”She’s All That”) directing.
Trick Candle Prods. and Dolger Films plan to begin lensing “Love N’ Dancing” in July in Albuquerque. Producers are Robert Royston, a four-time U.S. Open Swing Dance Champion, and Sylvia Caminer.
Story, penned by Malloy, centers on a bored-with-life English teacher (Smart) who forms a connection with a West Coast Swing dancer and attempts to win the world title while overcoming obstacles presented by her workaholic fiancée and his former dance partner.
I believe Amy Smart is fit for the role. I even believe she can do anything and can play any role, even as mundane as someone who does real estate marketing services. Yeah, that’s how I admire the girl and so I will sure be eyeing on her latest film.

Nicolas Cage is set to play the role of a young Al Capone in a prequel to Brian De Palma’s The Untouchables. It was Robert DeNiro who played the character in the original film. Also, Sean Connery won an Oscar for his portrayal of Malone in the film. It is still unknown who is going to play Malone but rumor has it that Sean Penn and Colin Farrell might get the role.
Well, I am not sure if Nicolas needs some perforated septum repair but the sure thing is, his Ghost Rider sucked and his career is starting to stink. I hope this new film will be the saving grace for him.

Well if you want to know how Hollywood directors project flooding waters on screen, here’s one for you: blue balls. Yeah, just look at how Orlando Bloom and Geoffrey Rush plays with them on the set of the Pirates of the Caribbean 3. But of course they are not playing. They are acting as if they’re some pirates in the ocean. Geez, so this is how hard it is to be an actor; pretending to be somewhere else you’re not, and someone you’re not. Still they make a lot of money so what the heck. If this is what it takes to afford a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery, then who would ever complain?
Still, I think Orlando is having a good time. The set looks like a children’s party at the least. PotC 3 is set to hit theaters on May 25.

I am confused why people are so into this film. Well, the prequel had some awesome scenes but 28 Weeks Later is a bit on the amateur side. It’s an indie film given a huge Hollywood sequel so what do we expect? I personally didn’t appreciate the shaky camera tricks because they make me dizzy. I didn’t like Blair Witch Project because of that. And before I forget, the strobe lighting just didn’t work for me.
Also, some of those Zombies need some New York hair transplant badly. Yeah because they don’t like Zombies at all. They don’t walk like Zombies, and they don’t move like Zombies. How can Zombies run with athletic speed?
